PRACTICAL WORKSHOP: Bioinformatics Tools to study exosomes ´ effects

CIC bioGUNE hosted a Practical Workshop entitled “Bioinformatics Tools to study exosomes effects” organized by the Metabolomics, Proteomics and Genome Analysis Platforms, along with the Exosomes Laboratory of the center. The workshop was funded by GEIVEX (Spanish Association for Innovation and Investigation on Extracellular Vesicles) and REDIEX (MINECO Network of Excellence in Research of Exosomes). During the three-day workshop (13-15, November), more than 30 researchers from different Spanish and Portuguese centers gathered and received training in bioinformatics tools designed to analyse and integrate data from different “-omics” technologies.
