Functional interpretation of genome-scale experiments

Dr. Joaquín Dopazo

Functional interpretation of genome-scale experiments Genes related by relevant biological properties (functionality, co-regulation, physical interaction of the corresponding proteins, etc.) are the most important players in the cell biology processes. Their study has led to the development of new procedures, generically known as gene set methods. These methods have been successfully used to analyze transcriptomic and large-scale genotyping experiments.
